What Class Is Like

Classes combine technical instruction, partner drills, and opportunities to apply what you’re learning. Coaches explain the details, help you make adjustments, and build connections between positions and techniques.

We emphasize respectful partners, controlled training, and clear communication. You’ll learn to tap, respect the tap, and work with your partner so both of you can keep learning.

Our structured curriculum gives your training direction while leaving room for questions, problem-solving, and individual progress.

Experienced Coaches. A Clear Path Forward.

Train with Coach Iris Rousseau, Coach Dennis Rousseau, and Coach Josh Murphy.

Our coaches provide instruction and feedback to help you understand the material, build connections, and develop your skills.
