How the Ladies Training Option Works

Ladies Jiu-Jitsu takes place at the same time as our co-ed class, in the same training space. Women who prefer to train with other women can work together on the ladies’ side of the mat. Those who want co-ed training can move between the groups.

You can continue training with women or choose co-ed partners as you wish. The goal is to give you a comfortable starting point and meaningful choices as you develop your skills.
