What Class Is Like

Classes combine demonstrations, technical practice, and drills that help you apply what you’re learning. You’ll work on how you move, how you strike, and how those skills connect with a partner.

Coaches provide feedback on mechanics and control. As your understanding develops, you’ll work toward more fluid combinations and better decisions about distance and timing.

Training emphasizes communication and controlled practice. You can develop your skills through pad work and drills without being required to spar.

A Blend of Striking Systems

Our program draws from STX Kickboxing, Jun Fan Kickboxing, and Muay Thai. These influences give students a range of striking tools and approaches to movement.

The focus in class is on understanding and practicing the skills: sound mechanics, effective combinations, and the ability to adapt as the situation changes.

Experienced Coaches. A Clear Path Forward.

Train with Coach David Mitchell, Coach Iris Rousseau, and Coach Dennis Rousseau.

Our coaches provide instruction and feedback to help you understand the material, build connections, and develop your skills.
