SiFu David Mitchell is a multi-skilled coach and a perpetual student of combative arts. He has been training in the martial arts since 2005 and teaching since 2009. Over the past sixteen years, David has had the good fortune to train under one of the most influential instructors in the martial arts business, Sifu Alan Baker of the Atlanta Martial Arts Center and Baker Tactical. Earning multiple rankings under Sifu Baker, David applies that knowledge to educating his students and propelling them to excellence.
During his career, he has focused his training on studying self-defense, effective real-world combat applications, and helping students to develop their own combative expression. He earned the rank of Black Belt in Jeet Kune Do and Filipino Kali under Sifu Alan Baker. David is a blue belt in Gracie Jiu-Jitsu under Sifu Alan Baker and Sihing Chris Benfield. David is ranked Level 3 in the Combat Hard Handgun Combatives under Steven Mosley. He has also dedicated extensive training to Pekiti Tirsia, Wing Chun, Muay Thai, and Silat.
