Our Kids Kickboxing introduces children to the exciting world of stand-up martial arts. Drawing from Jun Fan Kickboxing and other striking systems, this program teaches kids how to punch, kick, move, and defend effectively—while also developing the focus, discipline, and confidence they need to succeed in all areas of life.

More than just a martial arts class, this program keeps kids active, teaches body control and coordination, and instills a mindset of respect and perseverance.

A Comprehensive Martial Arts Curriculum

Our Kids Kickboxing program blends striking techniques from multiple systems to create a well-rounded, real-world skill set:
Jun Fan Kickboxing – Developed by Bruce Lee, this system combines effective elements of boxing, Muay Thai, and traditional martial arts.
Self-Defense Applications – Emphasizes timing, distance, and control in real-world situations.
Functional Fitness – Builds strength, coordination, endurance, and flexibility through martial arts conditioning.
